SOFER NOVE ARCHFORM Series consists of high-performance mold release oils developed to ensure flawless separation in aesthetic and technical concrete applications. While enhancing the quality of the concrete surface, it also extends the service life of the molds.

SOFER NOVE mold release agents control dust formation during concrete pouring processes while preventing stains, marks, or discoloration on the concrete surface. By providing a clean and smooth separation without leaving residue on the mold surface, it both improves concrete surface quality and protects mold systems against corrosion.

Thanks to their specially developed formulations, they prevent unwanted residues from sticking to the mold surface and protect surface coatings from damage. This extends the lifespan of the molds and reduces maintenance requirements.

With superior wetting and spreading capabilities, they can be applied over large areas with low consumption, even in varying ambient temperatures and weather conditions. This feature provides both ease of application and a significant cost advantage

Solvent Base Concrete Mold Release Agent

ARCHFORM AF-01, thanks to its fast-evaporating solvent-based formula, creates an effective release film between the concrete and the mold. With its non-marking structure, it ensures smooth and homogeneous concrete surfaces.

ARCHFORM AF-01 offers fast, effective, and uniform release performance on the mold surface through its special additive technology. The balanced combination of mineral-based components compatible with selected solvent systems provides a more controlled and cleaner separation compared to traditional mold oils.

The active ingredients in its formulation protect the mold surface and create an effective barrier against water during the concrete pouring process. This structure helps achieve aesthetic and smooth surfaces without negatively affecting the color and texture quality of the concrete.
