Low‑PAH TDAE

SOFER NOVE AR – T Series consists of aromatic process oils based on Treated Distillate Aromatic Extract (TDAE) with low polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) content.

It is used as a softening additive in the rubber vulcanization process. Thanks to its high viscosity–gravity constant (VGC), it is particularly preferred in tire manufacturing applications, where it helps reduce heat buildup. This characteristic enables the production of large-volume rubber-based intermediate products.

Manufactured using selective refining and advanced purification technologies, this series has been developed to meet the current environmental and technical requirements of the rubber and tire industry.

With its high viscosity index and good low-temperature performance, it обеспечивает homogeneous mixing, improved processability, and enhanced mechanical properties in rubber compounds. It is especially used as an effective plasticizer and extender oil in SBR-based formulations.

Applications

Treated Distillate Aromatic Extract (TDAE) is used in the production of a wide range of finished products in the chemical and manufacturing industries.
