SOFER NOVE CP Series
Paraffinic Colorless Base Oils (API Group II)
The NOVE CP Series consists of paraffinic, colorless API Group II base oils produced using hydroprocessing converting technology combined with catalytic dewaxing under high hydrogen pressure. Through advanced catalyst systems, normal straight‑chain paraffins are converted into lube‑quality branched isoparaffins. Compared to solvent dewaxing, this isomerization‑based process delivers higher‑performance base stocks.
The NOVE CP Series is characterized by a high viscosity index, excellent oxidation stability, low Noack volatility, and outstanding low‑temperature properties. Its colorless, odorless, and clear structure ensures long service life and consistent performance in both technical and sensitive applications.

Applications
NOVE CP Series paraffinic colorless base oils are widely used in high‑performance lubricant formulations and advanced industrial applications. They are commonly utilized in engine oils (5W, 10W, 15W‑XX), transmission oils (MTF, ATF, etc.), and industrial fluids for hydraulics, turbines, compressors, and gear systems.
Thanks to their colorless and high‑purity structure, excellent solvency properties, and very low evaporation loss, the NOVE CP Series delivers reliable performance in thermoplastic elastomers, the adhesives industry, and hot‑melt applications, as well as in explosives and mining, textile and leather auxiliaries, and various advanced industrial and specialty formulations.
